Today, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and achievements of women around the world. May we continue to support and empower one another every day. Here's to all the incredible women out there - keep shining!
Thank you to all the strong women in my life, who inspire me, who challenge me, who make me push myself.
I wanted to created a portrait series to honour us women in business. Most of us, working mums juggling running a business and family life. Here are some inspirational female entrepreneurs, business owners and mums that I’ve had the pleasure to work with, collaborate with and share a coffee with.
Thank you all for getting involved. You ladies are truly amazing. It was such fun capturing your portraits and it was amazing for you all to meet each other and form new connections. I truly believe when women support each other and cheerlead us on amazing things can happen!

American born Tricia King has called Hertfordshire home for nearly half of her life. Mum of three, Tricia lives with her husband, sons and dogs, and when she isn't working you might find her listening to an audio book or working on a crochet project. She works with her clients in a variety of ways, supporting many aspects of the perinatal journey, such as preparing for birth, optimising infant feeding, supporting parents with sleep or sharing mental well-being tools. Tricia is passionate about supporting clients through the early stages of matrescence, that transition to motherhood which can sometimes take us by surprise with its joys, intensity and challenges. Tricia's favourite parts of postnatal support are preparing tasty and nourishing meals for her clients and then sitting down with a cup of tea to truly listen to them.
You can find Tricia to book birth and postnatal doula support, lactation consultations or coaching packages.
She also provides postnatal recovery massage/closing the bones ceremonies, responsive sleep support, and mental wellbeing support.
