6WeekSocial is the first mum and baby group every new mum should join.  The postnatal courses offer friendship and community, along with tailored specialist advice and support, delivered over 6 weekly sessions.  You will gain a wealth of knowledge and insight provided by the team of postnatal and women's health experts, plus grow a community of local mum friends that will support, care and continue to stand with you well after your last 6WeekSocial session together.  It really is "the must-do course" for new mums.

For over 10 years 6WeekSocial has been supporting first, second, and even third time mums through the early months of the fourth trimester. With the team of dedicated, experienced specialists' our courses support mums emotionally, informatively and to connect socially.  '

I’m half way through hosting my third course in Harpenden and I’m loving it! I get to cuddle tiny babies, meeting and support lovely new mums (some are 1st timers, but also 2nd and even 4th mums) and I’m learning new things from the specialist.

It’s a lovely way to meet new mummy friends too.
